Eugenii works well as an ornamental willow, with it’s long thin green rods and slender leaves. Good for hedging or a screen in the garden. Growing to over 6’/~2m if it’s coppiced annually. The fine rods can be used for basket making too. It produces an abundance of delicate purple catkins in early spring, perfect for early pollinators and florists too. If left, it can grow ~3-5m high.
