Come and have some fun making a spooky spider using willow grown here in Deeside. Together, we will be learning some basic willow handling and weaving techniques whilst creating a unique and sustainable eight-legged creature.

About the event
The Deeside Willow team is partnering with The Barn and FOLD's Monthly Craft Series; celebrating the theme “Natural Elements” through a variety of activities.
Come and have some fun making a spooky spider using willow grown here in Deeside. Together, we will be learning some basic willow handling and weaving techniques whilst creating a unique and sustainable eight-legged creature. This workshop is suitable for beginners looking to experience willow weaving in a fun and friendly environment. All materials and tools will be provided.
Suitable for ages 9 yrs+. Under 16's must be accompanied by a paying adult.
